Decimal Fractions

Decimals are very interesting concepts. They empower your mind to think beyond boundaries. For instance, if we are told to find the exact half of 9, we may divide it by 2 and get an answer, which is 4.5. In this particular example, we came to know that some digits exceed beyond points, and these numbers which exceed beyond points are called 'Decimals'.
